01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the OK Win platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the OK Win website, mobile site, and any OK Win application available for download.

If you are accessing OK Win on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. OK Win reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time without providing a reason.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one OK Win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. OK Win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

• Enable two-factor authentication for additional security.
• Notify OK Win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change.

04 Deposits and Payments

OK Win accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though OK Win reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.

Deposits are credited to your OK Win account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. OK Win does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• OK Win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your OK Win balance.
• OK Win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on OK Win are processed within 15 minutes on average. Withdrawals are sent directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by OK Win.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID. This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless unusual activity is detected.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account in your own name.
• OK Win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only real-money winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• OK Win reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

OK Win offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, daily leaderboard prizes, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

The standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses on OK Win is 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• OK Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on OK Win use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error on OK Win's part. OK Win strictly prohibits the following activities, any of which will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour on the platform.

If a technical error causes a game to malfunction or display an incorrect result, OK Win reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. In cases where a malfunction results in an inflated payout, OK Win reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

OK Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting OK Win support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are pending.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be closed without notice.
• Suspended accounts will not have access to funds until the investigation is complete.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the OK Win platform — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of OK Win or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any OK Win content without prior written permission.

The OK Win name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of OK Win. Unauthorised use of OK Win trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

OK Win provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. OK Win will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OK Win's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Privacy and Data
